Owens Health and Wellness Community Center represents the result of a many-step, collaborative effort between the city, local community representatives, and development partners, to see the opening of this incredible multi-purpose space at the service of Crown Heights and the greater Brooklyn community.

In 145 years of continuous operation, BCNY has positively influenced the lives of over a million young men. BCNY seeks to fulfill its mission to empower boys and young men by providing effective programs and a supportive community with over 40 engaging programs.
Our vision is that all boys are competent academically and emotionally, connected to their communities, rich in character, and confident in their futures. Each year, we work to improve our programs in order to maximize effectiveness and improve member outcomes. As we strive to achieve our vision and better serve our members, we’re proud to share our successes along the way.
